As a coach leader, it is essential to view every person with belief that all people are able to grow and change. Long-standing growth and outcomes are rooted in someone’s beliefs that exhibit itself as functions of that person. Each teacher has an ability to be the pivotal change agent in their classroom. A coach leader’s role is to show them that capability and help them fulfill their potential in the classroom. My work as a coach leader is to change teachers lives for the betterment of themselves and the students they teach.
